The answer

You have fallen into several -related errors: First: Your relationship with the woman before marriage is forbidden. Second: Your agreement with her to marry while she is married is unanimously forbidden. Third: Your insistence on her to adhere to the commands of Sharia all at once; what is required is gentleness in inviting her. Fourth: Your dispraise of her people, which provoked her resentment.

As for the divorce message, it is a kinayah (allusive expression), the ruling of which depends on your intention. As for the two divorces over the phone, they are binding even if you did not intend them. You can take your wife back before the end of her (waiting period) if you did not intend to effect the divorce with your first writing. We advise you to be gentle with her and not to hasten to divorce.
