Does the fourth divorce, which occurred during menstruation, count as an irrevocable divorce, knowing that the three previous divorces were: the first during the engagement and before consummation, in which reconciliation took place with the words "I take you back to my عصمة" and her acceptance; the second after marriage and pregnancy, in which reconciliation took place in the same manner; and the third via telephone during a period of purity after intercourse, which you considered an innovative divorce that did not originally count?

If a wife is divorced before consummation or a valid seclusion (khalwa (definition)), she is irrevocably separated from you, and your attempt to take her back without a new marriage contract is invalid. The child will be attributed to you if you believed the re-marriage to be valid, and your subsequent divorce does not take effect. It is permissible for you to enter into a new marriage contract with her through an offer and acceptance between you and her guardian or his representative, in the presence of two witnesses, and a new dowry upon which you both agree.
