The answer

This marriage is invalid according to the majority of scholars due to the absence of a guardian (wali), based on the Prophet's (PBUH) saying: "Any woman who marries without the permission of her guardian, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid." However, the woman is entitled to the dowry and lineage if she becomes pregnant. It is incumbent upon anyone who has entered into this invalid marriage and wishes to continue with the woman to solemnize a valid contract in the presence of her guardian. If her guardians refuse your marriage, you must give her her dowry, divorce her, and depart from her. As for assaulting and torturing you, it is unlawful, and they bear its sin.
