Abandoning prayer is an act of major disbelief (kufr akbar). Her guardianship over Muslims is revoked, and it transfers to the closest and most righteous male relatives from her 'asabah (agnates), in order of proximity. If none are found, then to the judge. If that is not possible, she should appoint a scholar to perform her marriage contract in the presence of two righteous witnesses.
