Is a marriage considered legitimate or adultery if God is called to witness the marital union before sexual intercourse is consummated under great pressure to perform it?

This act is clear adultery, and marriage is not valid except with a guardian, two just witnesses, and a dowry. Repent to Allah and beware of His punishment, for stratagems only increase the ugliness of the disobedience and cannot be an excuse to transform adultery into marriage.
