Is a marriage contracted without the father's (guardian's) consent considered legitimate, and is the daughter considered disobedient to her parents because of this marriage and the actions that followed it?

This girl has erred in two ways: her marriage without a guardian, which is invalid according to the preponderant opinion of jurists, based on the Prophet’s (peace be upon him) saying: "Any woman who marries without the permission of her guardians, her marriage is invalid"; and her theft from her parents' house, which is one of the major sins. She must be advised to repent and return the stolen items, and the man should be persuaded to divorce her or have the marriage annulled by a judge. Then, she can be married to him if he is a man of religion and good character.
