Is a sister's marriage valid without the guardian's consent, and is her father considered deceased while he is displeased with her, knowing that all her family is dissatisfied with her marriage?

A marriage without a guardian (wali) is invalid unless it is contracted or validated by a judge who does not stipulate the guardian. If the marriage contract was concluded without a judge's ruling, it is invalid and must be annulled. If they wish to have a valid marriage, they must renew it with the permission of the woman's current guardian and witnesses. The father's displeasure with her marriage does not necessarily mean he will die angry with her. However, if that were the case, she should frequently seek forgiveness for him, pray for mercy upon him, maintain ties with those he befriended, and repent to Allah. She should also strive to please her mother, if she is alive, and try to convince everyone of her marriage.
