Is a woman considered legally married to a man if she is compelled to say so publicly to resolve a certain problem?

In Islam, there is no such thing as "friendship" between a woman and a non-mahram (definition) man, given the aim of the enemies of Islam to corrupt morals and open doors to discord. The questioner must repent to Allah Almighty and stay away from non-mahram men, including the fiancé, until the legal marriage contract is concluded. This is because merely informing her that a certain man is her husband does not establish a valid marriage religiously. Marriage has conditions that must be met, otherwise, it is not valid.
