If a woman is divorced once or twice, and her (waiting period) expires, then she marries another man, and the marriage contract is annulled before consummation, her first husband is permitted to remarry her with a new contract. The condition of the second husband's consummation for her to return to the first husband applies only if the first husband had divorced her with three pronouncements.
