Is it permissible for a young man to marry a girl from a family that denies inheritance to females, and would he be considered a participant in this obstruction of Allah's law?

Preventing a woman from inheriting is forbidden, considered among the major sins, and a practice of the pre-Islamic era of ignorance (Jahiliyyah). The one who commits this act is disobedient to Allah and His Messenger, and is a transgressor (fasiq).

The transgression of a woman's guardian does not prevent her marriage, nor is the young man obligated to participate with her family in depriving her.

A man's marriage to her might be a way to compensate her for her right, and obedience to the husband takes precedence over obedience to parents.

A girl should not be deprived of marriage under the pretext of the husband sharing in the sin of her family. However, if the husband participates in the deprivation, it is a great sin, but it does not affect the validity of the marriage contract.
