Is it permissible for me to stipulate the wife's relinquishment of her rights in exchange for divorce, given that she did not adhere to the hijab after the marriage contract?

A Muslim must choose a righteous wife who is obedient to her Lord and her husband. The hijab (definition) is an obligation for a Muslim woman, and if the husband stipulates it for her, it becomes even more confirmed for her, and obedience to him is obligatory. The husband must be patient with her and use various methods to convince her to wear it, seeking assistance from some righteous relatives and friends of hers. If she does not respond, then separation is better. The husband has the right to refuse divorcing her until she ransoms herself with money. It is forbidden for a woman to seek divorce unless there is a legitimate شرعي reason.
