Is it permissible to masturbate due to sexual dissatisfaction and psychological distress resulting from marriage to an elderly man?

Masturbation is not permissible; it is reprehensible and has negative effects. To overcome it, it is recommended to fast, lower the gaze, stay away from anything that arouses desire, strengthen one's connection with Allah, associate with righteous women, occupy one's time with beneficial deeds, and persist in supplication. It is permissible to seek a divorce from the husband if there is a benefit in it, even if it is with compensation.
