Is the husband obligated to pay the fictitious mahr agreed upon before the marriage contract (which is Hajj) and which was not real, after divorcing his wife for the third time, knowing that he had already paid her the real mahr agreed upon (money)?

We have previously clarified that a fictitious agreement intended only to appease the family and not genuinely meant is not binding. If a dispute arises and an agreement or solution cannot be reached, it is preferable to refer the matter to the Sharia (definition) court.
