What are the necessary procedures and rulings regarding divorce before consummation concerning the advanced and deferred dowry, given that there was a private meeting (khalwa) between the spouses, in a case where the wife discovers the presence of pornographic conversations and flirtatious and loving conversations with other girls on the husband's phone?

If the husband's فسق (open sinfulness) in his relationships with girls is proven, then that is one of the justifications for seeking a divorce. It is advisable to first counsel him and remind him of Allah. If he repents, then praise be to Allah. Otherwise, divorce should be sought. If the divorce occurs before consummation and without compensation, the wife is entitled to half of the Mahr (dowry). However, if a valid seclusion (خلوة صحيحة) occurred, she is entitled to the full Mahr. Spying on the husband is Islamically forbidden (haram (definition)) and one must repent from it.
