The answer

A woman divorced with a revocable divorce is entitled to maintenance, lodging, and clothing because she is considered, in effect, still married. As for a woman divorced with an irrevocable divorce, she is not entitled to maintenance unless she is pregnant. The husband must pay the full prompt and deferred dower to the divorced wife with whom he has consummated the marriage.
