What is the ruling on a son beating his abusive, ill-mannered father who does not pray, does not give zakat, and blasphemes, in order to force him to marry off his sister and end his suffering with his mother and young sisters?

Whoever curses Allah Almighty, His Book, and the of His Prophet, disbelieves. It is obligatory to disavow him and cut off all affection and loyalty towards him. The mother must separate from him and not allow him access to her because he is an infidel, and a Muslim woman is not permissible for an infidel. The marriage contract between them is annulled. A disbelieving father has no guardianship over his Muslim daughter, therefore, it is obligatory to help the sister escape from him and marry her to a righteous man. As for striking the father, it is not permissible, no matter what he does.
