What is the ruling on marrying a girl who annulled her marriage contract before consummation based on incitement from the questioner, whom she now strongly desires? Is it permissible for a girl to annul the contract due to her unwillingness to marry the husband or her love for another person, knowing that she was forced into the marriage and the husband did not pay the dowry?

If a wife is incited to separate from her husband with the aim of marrying her, this is Islamically forbidden and considered one of the major sins, based on the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) saying: "He is not of us who incites a woman against her husband." Some scholars have even ruled that a marriage resulting from such incitement is void. You must repent, sever ties with the woman, and it is not permissible for you to seek to cause separation between her and her husband. However, if she separates from her husband through divorce or khul', then it is permissible for you to marry her at that point.
