What is the ruling regarding a woman who had her marriage contract (aqd qiran) solemnized by a shaykh in the presence of her guardian (wali) and witnesses, and then had private meetings (khalawat) without consummation, then was divorced over the phone, and then had her marriage contract solemnized with another man without informing him of her first marriage? Is the 'iddah (waiting period) obligatory upon her? And how should she act in this situation?
