Does a divorce oath take effect if a son is struck against the wife's will, or if the husband goes to work despite having sworn not to, and does the wife become forbidden to her husband because of what has been mentioned?

A suspended divorce counts as two divorces if the prohibited act is repeated twice, along with the oath of divorce. A husband's prohibition (tahrim) is neither a divorce nor a Dhihar.
