Does a triple divorce take place if the husband says to his wife: "You are triply divorced if you betray me or speak to a strange man outside the limits of work or its respect," and his intention was betrayal, knowing that the nature of the wife's work requires her to speak with men?

The intention behind an oath specifies the general and restricts the absolute. So, if your intention with your oath was to prevent your wife from speaking and messaging in a suspicious manner, and you did not intend to prevent her from speaking to and messaging men when necessary in a permissible way, then you will not break your oath by her speaking to or messaging foreign men in a non-suspicious manner, and your divorce will not take effect thereby.

Know that suspending divorce and threatening with it is not the way to reform one's wife. Rather, a man should uphold his right of qawamah (guardianship) and close the doors to fitna (temptation). Jealousy, if it exceeds its limit, is blameworthy. The general rule regarding a woman's work is that she should not mix with men. If she needs to do so, she must adhere to the regulations of Sharia (definition).
