Is it permissible for a husband to marry a second wife in America, even though the law does not allow it, due to his first wife's illness which restricts his marital rights, and he fears falling into indecency?

Polygyny is permissible for a man who is able to afford marriage and maintain justice among his wives, as Allah Almighty says: "then marry (other) women of your choice, two or three, or four; but if you fear that you will not be able to deal justly (with them), then only one." The law that absolutely prohibits polygyny is unjust and contradicts the Sharia (definition), and it is not permissible to approve or abide by it. Therefore, it is permissible for a man to marry a second wife and take appropriate measures to circumvent this law without incurring harm.
