Is it permissible to consider a partnership as losing while the hospital possesses assets exceeding 3 million pounds in value? And if it is indeed losing, who is responsible for the loss? Does misjudgment and mismanagement necessitate rights for shareholders who are not involved in the management? Who is responsible for returning those rights? And what is the ruling on the loss of the person (W) who contributed solely through their acquaintance with person (H)?

The loss in the company's capital is borne by the partners, each according to his share. The one who directly manages the work does not bear the loss unless it is proven that he was negligent or transgressed. The assets purchased with the company's capital belong to the company. The fact that one of the partners does not know the others and entrusts one of them is of no consequence unless this intermediary has deceived him. Such matters are not adequately addressed by asking remotely; rather, they must be presented directly to the people of knowledge.
