Is it permissible to take an in-kind loan in the form of equipment in exchange for relinquishing my academic certificate, and to obtain cash liquidity to run the project, and is it permissible to establish the project without the husband's knowledge?

A husband must provide for his wife and secure suitable accommodation for her, even if it is rented. The wife is not obligated to spend from her private funds on the household unless she voluntarily chooses to do so. Whatever the wife earns from her work is her exclusive right, and it is not permissible for the husband to take it unless he stipulated this condition for allowing her to work.
