Is the search for a secretary for the director of one of the departments considered cooperation in sin, and does sin result from it, or should one accept it under duress while searching for another job?

A woman's work as a secretary often involves Sharia (definition)-prohibited elements such as khalwa (definition) (private seclusion with a non-mahram (definition)) and free mixing. Therefore, it is not permissible to intercede for her employment unless certain conditions are met, including: avoiding mixing beyond what is necessary, refraining from perfumes and adornment when going out, the husband's permission and not neglecting his rights, and wearing the complete hijab (definition). If these conditions are not met, then employment is not permissible due to its being an assistance to sin. If one is coerced into it, do not do so except out of extreme necessity until a permissible job is found.
