If the marriage fulfills the conditions and pillars, and is not stipulated to be temporary, then the husband's intention to obtain papers and then divorce does not affect the validity and legality of the marriage according to the majority of scholars. Consequently, he is not obligated to divorce her, nor does this affect his work if it is permissible and performed as required.
