What is the ruling on establishing a project for marrying young men and women, especially students, in lands where temptations abound, and what is the extent of its desirability or undesirability?

This project is an act of righteousness, goodness, and cooperation in piety and taqwa (definition). The youth in those lands are in urgent need of marriage to preserve their religion. There is no doubt about the legitimacy and desirability of this work, and there are many organizations in the Islamic world that adopt this project and organize mass weddings.
