The answer

You must fast what Allah has enjoined upon you, even if your father dislikes it, for there is no obedience to a creature in disobedience to the Creator. It is incumbent upon the father to command his family to perform their obligations and abandon forbidden acts. His negligence in this exposes him to severe punishment.
