It is permissible for a mother to leave her son with his grandmother or aunt if her travel is for a legitimate purpose, provided that this does not lead to his neglect, loss, or illness. It is a condition for theian custodian to safeguard the religion and life of the child under their care, as well as their wealth, and that they be well-mannered and free from contagious diseases.
