The answer

The reason your mother's doctor prevented her from fasting must be considered. If it is an illness from which recovery is hoped, then she must make up the missed fasts after recovery, and no expiation (feeding) is required of her. However, if her illness is incurable, then she must feed one poor person for each day, and it is not permissible for you or your siblings to receive this expiation.
