The answer

The emission of madhiy (pre-seminal fluid) does not invalidate the fast according to the majority of scholars, and this is the more preponderant opinion. However, the Malikis hold that its emission invalidates the fast if it occurs with accustomed pleasure, and necessitates a make-up fast unconditionally.

As for treating the continuous leakage of madhiy resulting from desire for women, marriage is recommended if possible. Otherwise, one should fast. Consulting doctors for the treatment of continuous leakage of madhiy and wadiy (post-urination discharge) is also advisable.
