Does one sin if they vomit unintentionally in Ramadan and swallow some of the vomit mixed with blood, while being pursued by obsessive thoughts, and is it only a matter of making up the day, or is there something else?

Swallowing vomit intentionally invalidates the fast. However, if it overwhelms you and you do not do it intentionally, then your fast is valid, and there is no sin upon you, but you must make up that day.
