Allah Almighty says: (So fear Allah as much as you are able). If sickness occurs by delaying the dose beyond its time, then there is no harm in breaking the fast if the day is long, and then the patient makes up for this day. However, if he can postpone the medication to take it at night without difficulty, then he must do so. These days can be made up during short and cold days.
