The apparent meaning of the evidence is that every resident in a country must fast with its people, because the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The fast is the day you fast, and the breaking of the fast is the day you break your fast, and the sacrifice is the day you offer your sacrifice." This is also because sighting the moon differs, and there is confusion and discord in disagreeing with the Muslims, and Islamic Sharia came to urge agreement and harmony.
