What is the ruling on a pregnant woman in her sixth month drinking a small amount of water out of fear for the fetus from al-Khilʿah while fasting in Ramadan, and how can this day be made up after 20 years have passed?

If it is highly probable that fright will lead to the miscarriage of the fetus, then breaking the fast is permissible; otherwise, it is not. Repentance and making up the fast are obligatory. It is also obligatory to feed one poor person for each day that the fast was broken, and for delaying the making up of the fast despite being able to do so.
