Is it permissible for a pilgrim performing Tamattu' Hajj who did not find a sacrificial animal (hady) and fasted three days during Hajj, to fast the remaining seven days separately, or must they be fasted consecutively?

The pilgrim performing Hajj at-Tamattu' who cannot find a sacrificial animal (hady) must fast three days during Hajj and seven days upon returning, as stated by Allah Almighty: "But whoever cannot find [one] - then a fast of three days during Hajj and seven when you have returned. That is a complete ten." (Quran 2:196). It is not a condition for fasting these days that they be consecutive; rather, it is permissible to fast them consecutively or separately, due to the absence of evidence for the obligation of consecutiveness, and because Islamic law came to facilitate matters.
