The answer

If a menstruating woman becomes pure before Fajr, or if a person in a state of does not perform until after Fajr, the intention to fast is sufficient, and the fast is valid. This has been authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and the scholars of the major cities have agreed upon the validity of the fast of one in a state of janabah, as well as that of a menstruating woman or a woman in postpartum bleeding, if their bleeding ceases at night and Fajr breaks before they perform ghusl. Their fast is valid, and they are obligated to complete it.
