Should I fast the three months I vowed separately or consecutively, given that I don't recall my intention at the time of the vow?

If you are hesitant whether you vowed to fast consecutively or intermittently, then consecutive fasting is not obligatory for you. However, it is more cautious to fast them consecutively. Vowing is disliked, but whoever vows an act of obedience must fulfill it.
