What is the ruling on making up for fasting, and is it one day or 60 days, for someone who deliberately masturbated during the daytime in Ramadan, leading to ejaculation, knowing that he regrets his action and wishes to repent? And is it permissible for him to lie to conceal his deed, cover himself, and maintain his image as a role model? And is it permissible to shake hands with one's paternal uncle's wife and maternal uncle's wife?

Masturbating is a sin that necessitates repentance. You must also repent from looking at indecency. You must make up for the day you broke your fast by ejaculating. Do not tell the questioner the truth; use allusions and alert him to the ugliness of his question. Shaking hands with your paternal uncle's wife and maternal uncle's wife is forbidden, and refraining from doing so is obligatory due to the sanctity of the month.
