What is the ruling on not wiping away the small amount of saliva that comes out on the lips while speaking for a fasting person?

If you are fasting, it is better for you to wipe away any saliva that reaches the outer part of the lips, because if the fasting person intentionally reintroduces and swallows saliva that has reached the outer part of the lips, it invalidates his fast.
