What must one do who experiences food coming up from the stomach to the throat or beyond on a daily basis in Ramadan? And is he required to re-fast those days?

The regurgitation of vomitus (food or liquid remnants) from the stomach to the throat is not a voluntary act and does not invalidate the fast, unless the fasting person deliberately returns it to their stomach after being able to expel it.
