Does the mother of a deceased Muslim residing in a non-Muslim country inherit his entire estate, or are there other heirs?

It is not permissible to seek judgment in matters of inheritance or other affairs according to a law other than the law of Allah, and submission to the judgment of Allah is a condition for faith. If a Muslim dies leaving a mother, two brothers, and two sisters, the mother receives one-sixth due to the presence of siblings, and the remainder goes to the brothers and sisters, with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance must be divided according to Islamic Sharia (definition), and it is not permissible to divide it according to the laws of the disbelievers. If the disbelieving laws dictate that the entire inheritance goes to the mother, then the mother must relinquish to the other heirs their legitimate share in any way that transfers the money to them. If the inheritance consists of cash, the mother should receive it and give the other heirs their legitimate share.
