The answer

You are permitted to work in a public hospital and provide care for non-Muslim patients, while lowering your gaze from their 'awrah (private parts) as much as possible and not touching it directly.

However, if you are a private employee for them, the Hanafis considered it permissible, though disliked. The Malikis differentiated the ruling between permissibility, dislike, prohibition, and impermissibility based on the type of work and its status. The Shafi'is and Hanbalis held the view that it is forbidden for a Muslim to directly serve a disbeliever, based on the Almighty's saying: "And never will Allah grant the disbelievers a way over the believers," and to protect the Muslim from humiliation.
