The answer

Adultery is forbidden, whether the woman involved is a disbeliever or not. This is indicated by the general meaning of Allah's Almighty words: "And do not approach unlawful sexual intercourse. Indeed, it is ever an immorality and is evil as a way." (Quran 17:32). Jurists have explicitly stated that the prescribed punishment (حد) should be carried out on anyone who commits adultery with a female captive.
