What is the ruling of Islam on a young Muslim man aborting his fetus from a non-Muslim girl?

If the girl is a stranger to you and you have not عقد upon her, then what you both did, committing zina (fornication/adultery) and abortion, is a major sin and a grave offense. You must repent to Allah Almighty from these destructive acts. Among the conditions of repentance are ceasing the sin and keeping away from the girl; it is not permissible for you to be alone with her or to speak with her.
