What is the ruling on a divorce issued by the fiancé to his fiancée over the phone while he was under psychological pressure, and is it permissible for the fiancée to talk to him on the phone after this divorce?

The husband's statement to his wife, "You are divorced," is considered an explicit divorce that takes effect if the husband utters it by his choice and awareness. However, if it is due to obsessive whispering (waswasah), it does not take effect. If the marriage is ongoing, there is no harm in the husband speaking with his wife. If the divorce occurs before consummation or valid seclusion, it is an irrevocable divorce (طلاق بائن). Conversing with a non-mahram (definition) woman is not permissible except out of necessity. The husband is not obligated to interpret Surah (definition) Al-An'am and Al-A'raf for the wife's father, especially with his limited knowledge, and her father has no right to pressure him for it. Doubts (waswasah) concerning creed do not cause harm if one repels them. The basic principle is that a Muslim's earnings are permissible unless there is clear evidence of their unlawfulness.
