The answer

What you mentioned about deception and fraud is not permissible, for cunning and trickery are forbidden. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever cheats us is not of us," and "Cunning and deceit are in the Fire." Google's consent to this trick does not make it permissible, because the purpose of advertisements is to reach people, and clicking by robots does not achieve this purpose. It is considered a deception and consuming people's wealth by false means. If a person were to put himself in the place of the advertisers, he would not be pleased with this.
