Is the grant provided by the state to the daughters of martyrs of the revolution against French colonialism permissible (halal), whether the woman is in need of it or not, and is it considered consuming people's wealth illicitly (eating people's money by falsehood) due to the presence of needy and poor people in the country?

Jihad against French colonialism is a great deed, and those who participated in it deserve recognition from the state. The state's honoring of them or their children is not an unlawful consumption of wealth, but rather one of its duties. The Prophet, may Allah's prayers and peace be upon him, commanded that money coming from the ruler or the state be taken without question. If the recipient is in need, they may benefit from it, and if they are wealthy, they should give it in charity.
