Is it permissible to pray Duha with the intention of giving charity on behalf of a deceased person?

The Dhuha prayer suffices for the obligatory charities due on a person's joints, as stated in the Hadith (definition): "And sufficient for that are two rak'ahs he prays in Dhuha." It is a charity for the self and not a monetary charity, unlike monetary charity, regarding which scholars have agreed that its reward reaches the deceased. Scholars have differed on the permissibility of dedicating the reward of good deeds to the deceased. The most preponderant view is that nothing reaches them except what is indicated by evidence to reach them, such as monetary charity, supplication, and Hajj.
