Is a person who intends to perform Hajj al-Ifrad from Ha'il required to pass through Jeddah and enter into a state of Ihram from there, and if he fails to enter into Ihram from the Miqat, is a compensatory sacrifice (dam) due, given his ignorance of how to align with Abyar Ali on the way to Jeddah? And should the intention for Hajj be made upon departing from Ha'il or from Jeddah?
