The meaning of Ihram is the formation of the intention and the entering into the ritual, and it does not require stripping off sewn garments. Whoever does not enter into Ihram out of necessity is not sinful. If they are unable to return to the Miqat they passed, they must go to another Miqat to enter into Ihram from there, if possible.
